Disabled access holidays now share an equal importance with the straight-forward holiday on offer to all. Alterations have been made to varying types of accommodation and resorts – letting disabled, as well as able-bodied, people enjoy whatever a country may have to offer.

Depending on the country, the level of disabled access may differ, but more and more countries are making themselves disabled friendly with disabled parking bays, a mix of paths and steps as well as changes and improvements indoors, such as low-level reception desks, separate showers, and lifts in hotels.
